- The Teachers-in-charge sit in the separate room during recess and special periods to redress the grievances of the students.
- Student level grievances are resolved at that level only. Any grievances regarding administration are communicated to the Principal and prompt action is taken to redress it.
- Apart from this, a complaint box has also been placed for the convenience of the students.
- In addition to this, the Student Council also plays an important role in bridging the gap between the administration and the students. Students can approach this body to air their problems and the Central Association conveys the same to the Cell for its Redressal.
